What is TOPCon PV Module?

TOPCon PV Module is a new type of photovoltaic module based on tunneling oxide passivation contact technology. In this technology, a special passivation contact structure is constructed on the back of the cell by forming an ultra-thin tunneling oxide layer and a heavily doped polysilicon layer. This structure can effectively reduce the recombination of carriers, increase the open circuit voltage and short circuit current of the cell, and thus improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic module. It is an upgraded version of PERC PV Module, with significant improvements in cell structure and performance.
